Once we've obtained your location, we need to calculate where the stars will appear in your sky. Most of our planetary predictions are derived from the DE430 ephemeris, which is developed by NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) in California. NASA uses this to guide its space missions to their intended destinations, so it's surprisingly accurate, typically showing the positions of the planets to within a few kilometers.

The base of the lamp is made of natural wood and the plaque is made of methacrylate. In addition, the base is self-personalizable with our letter kit that comes with the lamp.
